Do you offer free inspections?
Yes we do offer a free no wrench inspection and we will provide you with a full vehicle report.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, all major credit cards, and Apple / Android pay.
Do you offer after hours drop off?
Yes we have a 24/7 drop box with after hours pickup available upon request.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday through Friday from 9am- 6pm ET.
Do you work with extended warranty companies?
Yes we work with many aftermarket extended warranties including Carmax/ Maxcare. Some exclusions apply, contact us for more information.
Can you do recalls?
No, unfortunately only the factory dealer can perform recalls.
How do I get to your location?
We are located in Baltimore County close to White Marsh Mall on RT. 40 with convenient access to RT.43, I695, and I95.
Can I supply my own parts?
You can supply your own parts if you like but there are the following few conditions.
1. We cannot supply any warranty on parts or labor for a job where you supply your own parts.
2. We do charge more in labor if you supply your own parts.
3. If we have your vehicle apart and realize the parts that you have supplied are wrong / or don't fit properly we will have to charge you to put the vehicle back together or charge per hour if the vehicle is stuck on our lift until the parts issue is resolved.
4. We do have to approve the manufacturer of the parts you would like to provide as there are some manufacturers that we do not deal with due to quality or fitment issues.
